A device won't turn on/off.
LENA devices are sturdy, but even so, one may occasionally need a little extra love.
If a device won't turn on:
-Make sure you are pressing the "power" button down for ~4 seconds.
-Push the power and record buttons down together for 10-15 seconds to reset. This will not delete data.
-Charge it and try again in a little while.
If a device won't turn off:
-Make sure you are pressing the "power" button down for ~4 seconds.
-Push the power and record buttons down together for 10-15 seconds to reset. This will not delete data.
-Let the battery run out on it's own. See if it will turn back on later.
*If these options don't work, let your site manager (main LENA person) at your center know so they can switch the device out for another one.
