Impact Report: Set Up and Share Your Data

Use your Impact Report to view and share program outcomes. Customize the report to highlight the sites, dates, and data most relevant to your program. 

Access Your Report

👉 LENA Online Account Owners can access this report.

  1. Select Account Overview in the LENA Online menu.
  2. Click View Reports on the top right.
  3. Choose the report pages, date range, sequence type, and sites you want to include. Then click Refresh Report.

Customize the Impact Report

By default, the report shows closed Grow 1, App, and Legacy groups that:

  • Had their first LENA Day within the last 365 days

  • Completed all five LENA Days

  • Belong to any site in your program

Customize your report to show the pages, date range, sequence type, and specific sites of interest. After making any changes, click Refresh Report to update the report data.

1. Choose which report pages to include from left side options.

2. Choose a date range for LENA Day 1.

  • The report includes closed groups that started within the selected date range and completed all five LENA Days.


3. Select the sequence type.

  • Grow includes all App, Grow 1 and Legacy groups.

  • Grow 2 includes the five-week LENA Grow Insights sequence.

If your program used LENA Grow before the app was introduced, use the date range to view data from one version of the program or from multiple versions together.


4. Select individual sites (optional).
  • Use the checkboxes to include one or more specific sites.
  • Results are generally more reliable when they include data from more groups and children.

5. Print or save PDF
  • After selecting report pages, choosing your settings, and clicking Refresh Report, click Print Selected Reports to print the report or save it as a PDF.
