Common log in challenges

✉️Are you using the right email address? 

Log in with the email where you received your LENA invitation. Typically this will be your work email if you have one. 

Not sure which email it is? Ask your Site Manager or Coach. They can also check to make sure you are set up to have access to the app. 

Can't remember your password? 🔑

  1. Open app and tap "Set or Reset password" on the app log in screen.

  2. Enter your email.

  3. Click link in email to set a new password.

Sharing a device? 

You might share a tablet with other teachers. Each teacher should complete their own sessions and set their own goals. Between sessions, log out of the app so it's ready for the next teacher. When you go to complete a session, tap the Settings icon ⚙️ to check that you're logged into your account.

Do you have internet? 📶

The app requires you to have internet (via Wi-Fi or cellular connection) in order to work. If you are on cellular but have low signal, connect to your school or home Wi-Fi.
