Having trouble logging into the LENA app? Try these quick steps to help you get back into your account.

Are you using the right email address? 
Log in with the email where you received your LENA invitation (usually your work email). Not sure which email? Ask your Site Manager or Coach to confirm your app access.


Forgot your password?

  1. Open the app and tap “Set or Reset Password” on the log‑in screen.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click the link in the email to create a new password.

Sharing a device? 
Before starting, tap the Settings ⚙️ icon to confirm you’re logged into your own account. Be sure to log out after each session so the app is ready for the next teacher. 

Do you have internet? 
The app requires Wi‑Fi or cellular connection to work. If your signal is weak, connect to your school or home Wi‑Fi.
