A child moved to a different classroom.
Ideally, children will stay in the same classroom during the LENA Grow sequence, but sometimes transitions happen after you've already started.
If a child moves out of your room or into your room, alert your site manager (your LENA point person at your site). Don't try to move or add the child in the LENA App.
Site Managers:
-Add the child to the updated classroom in LENA Online. The system will catch that this child already exists and ask if you want to move the child. Say yes.
-Once the child has been moved in LENA Online, make sure their device goes to the new classroom with them.
-If a child needs to be removed and they have NOT had a LENA Day yet, you can delete them from LENA Online. If they already have LENA data, they cannot be deleted, but they will not show up on new reports.
