Congratulations on taking the next step in providing LENA Grow to your teachers! Below is a summary of the commitments and next steps for participating in LENA Grow.

Commitments

  • Teachers complete an online Orientation (25 minutes) and enroll participating children before the first LENA Day.

  • Teachers complete one LENA Day and one app session each week.

  • [If coaching is included, add time estimate] Teachers participate in coaching sessions.

  • Site managers use LENA Online to monitor progress and support participating teachers.

  • LENA devices and dock are returned to LENA at the end of the program.

Next steps
As we prepare for program implementation, please confirm the staff member who will serve as the site manager for your program. This position spends around 10 minutes per week reviewing program progress and supporting as needed.
