2. Site Prep (2 min)
The Site Prep Checklist contains information to:
- Make a technology plan for a site, including how to download LENA Hub.
- Schedule Teacher Orientation.
- Set up the site in LENA Online*.
*Only Account Owners (usually the program manager) can add new sites to LENA Online.
Contact your program manager to determine if you are responsible for any of these tasks. If you are the responsible party, continue reading!
Recruit Sites
You may already have paths to recruitment that are commonly used by your organization. However, if you are looking for additional recruitment ideas visit the LENA Library. We provide messaging and resources you can use to communicate about LENA Grow with center directors, educators, and families.
Send interested center directors the Site Guide (link found in the Site Prep Checklist). This document provides center directors an overview of what to expect when participating in LENA Grow.
