This almost always means files are stuck on dock due to interrupted, failed, or stalled uploading.
Check your dock.
Verify internet connectivity.
When will the report be ready?
Once your files are uploaded, they will be analyzed to generate your report. 
Analysis and report generation can take up to 8 hours.
In ideal circumstances, reports can be generated 1.5 - 2 hours after uploads complete, so feel free to check back sooner.
LENA cannot guarantee report availability less than 8 hours after uploads complete.
