Training is required for both program managers and coaches. Online courses may also be shared directly with others in your organization or revisited anytime.
Program manager:a person who manages how LENA Grow is implemented in your community.
Coach:a person who directly supports participating teachers.
1. Complete online courses.
Begin your LENA Grow journey! Learn at your own pace as you complete the courses in order to build foundational knowledge and understanding of the LENA Grow program.
These courses are required before attending LENA Grow Live. Consider registering for LENA Grow Live now (see step 2) and complete these courses closer to the live training date.
This live training (via Zoom), provides more in-depth exploration into data, reports, and sequence logistics while connecting with other professionals from LENA Grow organizations nationwide.
Register for a date that is at least one month prior to beginning your first LENA Grow sequences.
Online courses must be completed before attending.
Register each participant separately to receive training links and information.
