2. LENA Fundamentals: Turns and Tips (4 min)
“Conversational turns” are back-and-forth alternations between an adult and a child. LENA technology counts a turn when an adult speaks and a child follows, or vice versa, with no more than five seconds in between. Watch the video to learn more about how this powerful tool boosts early brain development.
