3. Plan Your Launch Schedule (3 min)
Your next step is to establish a launch schedule for your program. Scroll through the presentation for step-by-step help to choose target dates for each phase of your program.
Remember:
- Move through the checklists faster or slower depending on your organization’s needs. Adjust your dates as needed!
- After your first sequence, you won’t need to repeat the Launch phase. Preparing new sites will take less time!
