2. Download and Install LENA Hub (2 min)

LENA Hub is software used to process LENA devices and generate reports for coaching sessions.

Coaches and site staff decide who will process devices, and confirm which computer will be used for processing.

Before the Sequence Begins

    If the computer is managed by an IT support team, they might have to perform the installation for you. Don’t delay in reaching out to your IT support team!  
Once Hub is installed:
  • LENA Hub_iconConfirm the LENA Hub icon (shown at right) appears on the desktop.
  • Set the computer’s sleep setting to “never”.
      
 

After Each LENA Day
  • Use LENA Hub to process all LENA devices as soon as possible.

  • Keep the computer awake during processing to avoid missing data.
