What is LENA Hub? LENA Hub is software that must be installed in order to process LENA devices. It is the bridge between the LENA Day and the coaching session — without it, there will be no report for coaching!
Who uses LENA Hub? Coaches and site staff decide together who will process LENA devices using LENA Hub, and what computer they will use.
When to use LENA Hub? LENA devices need to be processed as soon as possible after each LENA Day. It is critical to set up LENA Hub at least one week before a sequence begins.
Follow the steps below to get started!
1. Download and install LENA Hub.
Select a computer that meets technical requirements.
After successful installation, the LENA Hub icon (shown at right) appears on your desktop.
If the computer is managed by an IT support team, they might have to perform the installation for you. Don’t delay in reaching out to your IT support team!
2. Set computer’s sleep setting to “never”.
If your computer goes to sleep while LENA Hub is running, it pauses the processing upload. This may result in missing data on LENA reports!
Installation complete!Your computer is now ready to run LENA Hub.
