Account Overview
Access Impact Report, user profiles, account profile, subscriptions, and seasonal plans
Account Owners can use the left sidebar to open Account Overview.
View Reports Button
Access any available account-level impact reporting through the View Reports button.
Users tab
- See user roles.
- Inactivate or reactivate a user using the Status toggle.
- Open a user profile to edit name, email, and preferences.
- Open a user profile to view connected sites and/or groups. (To add/remove access, go instead into the site or group where you want to change access.)
Account Profile tab
- View/edit account details, including the Time Zone.
Subscription tab
- View the LENA subscriptions associated with your account.
- View subscription usage.
- If seasonal planning documents are associated with your account, click Open My Plan to access.
