      Erase a LENA Device

      When a device contains junk data, use LENA Hub to erase the device without processing the data.

      While processing a device on Hub does erase it, sometimes you don't want to make a report from the device contents.

      Here's how to erase a device without processing it into a report. 

      1. Make sure the device is unassigned.
      2. Connect the device to LENA Hub.
      3. The device will now show Error! because it is unassigned. Click the word Error to access the erase option.Hub_Erase
      4. Click Erase Recorder.
      5. Confirm Erase.

      💡 Remember to update name labels and/or assignments in LENA Online as needed before using the device.
