      Help: Data in Wrong Group

      What to do when a child's data is on the wrong group's reports.

      LENA Day data is reported for the LENA Online group the children were in on the morning of the LENA Day.

      If a child was actually in a different classroom that day, then both the child and data need to be moved.

      1. Move the child to the correct group.

      The coach, site manager, or account owner first needs to move the child to the group where he or she participated in a LENA Day.

      2. Contact support@lena.org to move the child's data.

      LENA can then reassociate the child's LENA Day with the correct group. Please provide:

      • Child's ID or name.
      • Date of LENA Day.
      • Incorrect group ID or name (where the data currently is).
      • Correct group ID or name (where the data should go).
