Our LENA Day story
Our LENA Day is a story about a young child going through a LENA Day. Using simple words, real classroom photos, and fun illustrations, the book helps children learn the basics of wearing a LENA device and vest in an engaging way.
We suggest teachers read the book aloud 2–3 times before the first LENA Day, and then as often as needed during the program. Many teachers like to read it every week!
