Report Alert: Problem With a Recording

Learn what a recording problem alert means, and what to do about it.

What does "problem with a recording" mean?

LENA Online has not received analysis results for a LENA device that was processed over 8 hours ago. This almost always means:

⚠️Files are stuck on LENA Hub due to interrupted, failed, or stalled uploading.  ⚠️

How to resolve the problem

Check your LENA Hub.

  • Open the LENA Hub on the computer where the group's devices were processed.
  • Check the Uploads tab for any files still uploading.
  • Allow uploads to finish. When finished, no files remain on the Uploads tab and the sidebar indicates 0 Uploading.

Remember...

👉 Computer must be on, laptop lid open, connected to Internetnot sleeping, Windows user signed in, and Hub program running until Hub shows 0 Uploading.

👉 Each file should upload in 20 minutes or less. Longer upload times indicate slow or unstable internet.

If the Uploads tab is empty, and you're certain this is the computer where the devices were processed, contact LENA Support for assistance.

When will the report be ready?

Once your files are uploaded, they will be analyzed to generate your report. noun-report-6037772-7F3F98

Analysis and report generation can take up to 8 hours.

In ideal circumstances, reports can be generated 1.5 - 2 hours after uploads complete, so feel free to check back sooner.

LENA cannot guarantee report availability less than 8 hours after uploads complete.
