When all children have been added to the Group, follow these steps to request your LENA Grow Room Kit.
⚠ Room Kit request does not apply to programs who own LENA devices. Instead, see additional instructions to prepare, assign, and distribute your devices.
1. Be sure the group is fully set up.
Ensure the group contains all participating children, the coach, and at least one teacher.
Important: The number of children in the group when the kit is requested determines the quantity of devices shipped. If you add more children after submitting the request, those children will not receive assigned devices.
2. Click into the Room Kit Request tab.
3. Fill out form.
- Choose age range of children. We'll send a variety of vest sizes designed to fit that age range.
- Choose the preferred language for the teacher materials.
- Enter and validate shipping information. LENA will use this contact name and email address to communicate about the shipment and return.
4. Click to lock the form and request shipment.
Clicking I'm Ready makes the form read-only and sends LENA your request for a Room Kit.
We will prepare devices and vests for the number of children and age range specified in the request.
We will send the kit to the validated address within 2 weeks.
