      Update Existing LENA Hub Software

      Follow these steps to update your LENA Hub.

      If your computer is managed by an IT department they will probably have to help with the update.

      The current version of LENA Hub is version 4.1.4

      To update LENA Hub:

      1. Close the LENA Hub program, if it is open.
      2. Follow the standard steps to download and install LENA Hub.
        • The installer will update your Hub to the current version, but your existing settings will be preserved.
      3. Restart the computer.
      4. Open Hub and log in to be sure it is working properly.

      Occasionally the update removes part of the program and doesn't put it back. (Rude!)

      If this has happened, you will see:

      Warning: Could not connect to the LENA Device Service 

      Follow these instructions to quickly repair the problem.
