      Find Assigned Devices

      Device Search finds the device's current assignment.

      1. In the left sidebar of LENA Online, click Device Search.
      2. Enter the serial number from the silver sticker on the back of the device.
      3. View results.
      Result What to do
      Child and group are displayed if device assigned in a room you can access.  Click on child to edit assignment if needed.
      The assigned Child is outside your viewing permissions. Ask your program manager/account owner to log in and search for the device. If the same result appears for the program manager, contact LENA Support.
      This device is not assigned to any Child. Prepare the device and assign for use.
