LENA Grow is an evidence-based professional development program designed specifically for early childhood educators. This program helps educators increase quality interactions with every child in their care.

Each LENA Day, children wear a LENA device to help measure the back-and-forth interactions in the classroom.
Why should I participate in LENA Grow?

As a CCR&R, we've had a lot of success with hosting recruitment events. We invite Site Directors, Executive Directors, Education Coordinators, and other leaders to attend. During the event we share the Introducing LENA Grow to Your Community presentation, answer questions, and keep track of interested partners by having them fill out the LENA Grow Provider Application Template.
Educators
Key message: "LENA Grow gives you individual data and insights for each student in your classroom. By increasing language development, LENA Grow may also reduce challenging behaviors in the classroom, leaving more time for learning."

Share information while actively recruiting classrooms to participate. Once you know which rooms will be participating, you will conduct Orientation with those teachers.
