Checklist: Ready for LENA Grow
Getting started with LENA Grow is exciting! You will ensure your program has the smoothest launch by following the checklist below:

1. Introduce LENA Grow to staff

Talk to teachers about the program at a staff meeting, one on ones, or through email. Make it fun! For sample language, flyers and meeting resources, see: Introducing LENA Grow to your site |

2. LENA Online set up
|
~3 weeks before first LENA Day. Allow at least 2 weeks for shipping of room kits. |

1. Create LENA Online account.
2. Add each classroom to LENA Online
3. Add teachers to classroom group
4. Request room kits.

3. Teacher app set up |
~2 weeks before first LENA Day. |

Once teachers are added to LENA Online, they will automatically receive an email to set up the app.

4. Teacher Orientation (in App)

~2 weeks before first LENA Day. |

Support accountability by making sure teachers have time to complete Orientation. This is a required part of LENA Grow. Site Managers will receive weekly update emails on Fridays that help them keep track of activity. The emails show: ⚡Action items: Teachers who have not yet completed their app activity (orientation/session). 🎉Celebration items: Teachers/classrooms that have met goals or reached benchmarks. |

5. Introduce LENA Grow to families |
